As you explore ClassFlow, you are supported with in-app video tutorials as well as quick links to the ClassFlow Help library and the Promethean Support page.
Visit Promethean Support for additional help with your ClassFlow questions. Once there, you will find:
Support Chat – During regular business hours (North America), you can chat with a Promethean Support team member by selecting the Chat icon at the bottom right-hand side of your screen. After selecting the chat icon, simply fill out the form and start your chat conversation. (The chat option will not be available during non-business hours.)
Support Email or Phone – Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Contact Promethean Support” then enter your language, complete contact form and submit to our support team, or call the phone number displayed.
Support Community – Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Support Community” where you can filter or search conversations or create an account to start a new conversation.
