What kind of support is available for ClassFlow users?

We want to ensure you have an excellent experience using ClassFlow and have available a variety of avenues to choose from for support:

  • Search and browse our entire library of help articles on our ClassFlow Help site.
  • Browse a select group of in-app help videos directly in ClassFlow or browse our full library of ClassFlow help videos on YouTube in the ClassFlow Help playlist. 
  • Visit Promethean Support for additional help with your ClassFlow questions. Once there, you will find:
    • Support Chat  – During regular business hours (North America), you can chat with a Promethean Support team member by selecting the Chat icon at the bottom right-hand side of your screen. After selecting the chat icon, simply fill out the form and start your chat conversation. (The chat option will not be available during non-business hours.) 
    • Support Email or Phone – Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Contact Promethean Support” then enter your language, complete contact form and submit to our support team, or call the phone number displayed.
    • Support Community – Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Support Community” where you can filter or search conversations or create an account to start a new conversation.

Note: Phone support and other options are available as part of the ClassFlow for Schools version.
